Frozen Bubble
Earlier today I saw a post on Neatorama about pictures of frozen bubbles. This reminded me of the time Jennifer planned a three day trip for both of us to Lake Placid. This was when I was working 50 or more hours a week and going to school full time for two engineering degrees. So I really needed the break!

The first night we were there we went for a guided snowshoe hike after dark. When we finished the hike we blew bubbles in the freezing temperatures. Some of the bubbles would freeze before hit the ground looking similar to this one I saw on Neatorama.

I had so much fun on that trip. We went for a real bobsled ride down the Olympic track. We also went for a few toboggan rides. a dog sled ride, and even went to the top of the Olympic Ski Jumps. That was just the beginning!
